30 Day Return Policy
*Eligible Items for Return:
- It must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and documentation.
- It must be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized jewelry pieces (including engraved, resized, or made-to-
order pieces) ARE NOT eligible for return or exchange.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact our customer service team at customer.service@22blessings.com to
request a return authorization.
2. Pack the item securely with all original packaging.
3. Ship the item using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item being returned is damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:
- Process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Notify you of an estimated shipping date for the replacement item
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
